Bay Miry

Bay Miry learned the ropes from his father, David Miry, and his longtime business partner, Steve Lebastchi, while working at their firm, D&S Development, for over 15 years. Bay and the D&S team developed some of Sacramento's most notable projects. 

​

Bay has focused as a developer on delivering dynamic and impactful devleopments focusing on historic rehab, adaptive reuse, mixed-use, and sustainability.  

​

Please refer to the sample projects listed to gain a better sense on the wide array of development types that Bay has focused on throughout his career. Bay has worked with several dozen local restaurant and retail tenants to add to the unique programming of several popular mixed use corridors throughout the Sacramento region. He has also played a major role in the completion and delivery of a wide array of multi family projects at all income levels.

Bay currently serves on the boards of Visit Sacramento, Downtown Sacramento Partnership, Midtown Association, and the R St Partnership. Bay was instrumental in the start-up of Midtown Parks and provides leadership in the annual fundraising efforts for the non-profit, which focuses on capital improvements and events in public spaces throughout Midtown Sacramento Parks.

Bay's passion for thoughtful and impactful development and well programmed public spaces is demonstrated in both his professional career and his personal life, allowing him to make a diverse impact on our city.

Katherine Bardis-Miry

Katherine Bardis-Miry serves as Principal and Co-founder of Bardis Homes and Bardis & Miry Development, as well as Principle of Reynen & Bardis Homes, where she employs her excellent knowledge of business development, management, project acquisition and land planning. Katherine's passion for the continued improvement of the city has led her to devote her life to building a Sacramento that not only caters to great people, but that houses them as well.

In recent years, Katherine has developed a number of distinguished communities including The Mill at Broadway, an urban infill community focused on obtainable living. The Good Project, a West Sacramento energy conscious infill project. And Fair Oaks EcoHousing, a 30-unit community centric development in Fair Oaks. In addition to her role in development, Katherine also sits on a number of Boards, including The Crocker Art Museum Board and the Greater Broadway District Bo a rd.

 

Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts 1n Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University, as well as a Juris Doctorate degree from McGeorge School of Law. Katherine is also a member of the California State Bar.
