The Mill at Broadway is a beautiful urban community 5 minutes from downtown built around the idea of living connected. With a brand new 4.5 acre park, electric share cars, and future paths to the American River Bike Trail, residents of The Mill are able to effortlessly connect with their community, their city and the great beyond. 

The Good Project is a West Sacramento energy conscious infill project located walking distance from the Sacramento River. The community includes three different floor plans ranging from 1,200 square feet to 1,900. Complete with an active community garden, his project is just as quaint as it is chic. 

Fair Oaks EcoHousing a 30-unit community centric development. The goal of the project is to offer people a communal lifestyle where neighbors swim, cook and dine together yet also have the privacy of a home all to themselves.
