Bay learned the ropes from his father, David Miry, and his longtime business partner, Steve Lebastchi, while working at their firm, D&S Development, for over 15 years. Below are examples of projects Bay and the rest of the D&S team worked on together:

16 Powerhouse
16 Powerhouse is a 6.5 story mixed-use building consisting of 50 luxury rental apartments above ground floor businesses and 38 parking spaces. The project is located in Midtown Sacramento across the street from Fremont Park. Beautiful 1-2 bedroom apartments rest atop some of Sacramento's favorite restaurants, including Magpie, Orchid Thai, and Temple Coffee.
1430 Q
1430 Q is an 8.5 story mixed-use building consisting of 75 luxury rental apartments above ground floor businesses and 96 parking spaces. The project is located kitty corner from Fremont Park at 15th & Q St, and in between the R St corridor and Midtown Sacramento. Beautiful apartments sit above exciting ground floor businesses, including Majka Pizzeria, Saha Float Spa, Cycle Bar, Fire Wings, and Mochinut.
B&G
B&G is a complete renovation of a historic building at the corner of 11th & R St, next to the WAL (Warehouse Artist Lofts). The building features two floors of creative office space for Dudek Engineering, above Plant Power Fast Food on the ground floor.
1409 R St
The 14&R mixed/use project was completed in 2009 and named the Business Journal Project Of The Year. The project consists of 12 lofts above three local restaurant/bar concepts: The Shady Lady, Bawk, and Burgers & Brew.
730 I St
730 I St is a historic rehab of a 65,000 sf ft mid-century modern Bank Of America building and over 120 parking spaces. It’s located 1.5 blocks from the entrance of the Golden 1 Center. The building serves as the HQ for Capitol Public Radio. The adjacent land off 7th St was entitled and sold in 2020. Construction is now underway on an 8 story Marriott AC Hotel on the adjacent land.
The Hardin
The Hardin is an adaptive re-use project that stretches a half block in the central city core of Downtown Sacramento. This mixed-use project involved the historic rehab and preservation of nine historic buildings. It features a local lineup of restaurants and nightlife below 137 mixed-income apartments including; Koja Kitchen, Kbar, Solomon's, MidiCi Neapolitan Pizza, Ruhstaller, Tiger Bar​, Kodaiko Ramen & Bar, Bailarin Cellars Winery & Tasting Room, Darling Aviary, and Devil May Care Ice Cream. Located right across from Golden 1 Center and the Downtown Commons.
Maydestone
The 32-unit historic Maydestone affordable housing apartment project at 15th & J St sits the border between Midtown and Downtown Sacramento. It’s across the street from both the Convention Center and Memorial Auditorium. This national historic building is located in one of the most desirable areas of the central city grid within close proximity to an abundance of exciting restaurants, retail, night life, and Capitol Park.
